“Steel Plate Guarantee”

Limited Lifetime Warranty on all Prebola Products Co., Inc. items

Prebola Products Co., Inc. makes the following limited warranty to the consumer purchaser of this Prebola Products Co., Inc., product.

If any part of your Prebola Products Co., Inc., item fails during your lifetime due to defects in material or workmanship, we will provide a replacement part free of charge. Prebola Products Co., Inc., may ask the consumer to pay for the replacement part until they have inspected your original parts to confirm that they are defective. If the Prebola Products Co., Inc., inspection determines that the part is defective, we will reimburse the consumer in full. No warranty, either expressed or implied, is made in respect to the finish, fabric, upholstery or foam (where applicable) on any item.

If the consumer purchaser ceases to own a Prebola Products Co., Inc. product, this warranty and any implied warranty, which then remains in effect, including but not limited to any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are voided.

This limited warranty does not apply to any product which has been subjected to misuse, unapproved mounting, abnormal service or handling, or has had alterations performed by any facility not authorized by Prebola Products Co., Inc.

If we authorize you to ship either the entire item or a part of it you may be held responsible for all freight or transportation charges to our factory. If we authorize you to obtain repairs in your local area you may be responsible for the charges or we may authorize the repair facility to bill us directly. Prebola Products Co., Inc., will reimburse you for these charges as long as the repair is authorized by Prebola Products Co., Inc., prior to the repair being made to the item.  Any authorization must be obtained in writing.

To obtain servicing and repairs of your item, contact Prebola Products Co., Inc., at 1-570-693-3036. Proof of purchase is required when requesting warranty service. The purchaser may be required to provide a sales receipt, invoice, or other documentation that establishes proof of purchase.

In no event shall Prebola Products Co., Inc. be liable for consequential or incidental damages.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion, limitation, or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

The warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.
