Simply Clamp to the 3" or 4" Pipe just beside the Valve and supply 12 Volts DC @ 5 amps fused power - Reduces the risk of frozen valves and ice-blocked pipes.

Installation is SIMPLE and freeze-protection just might be PRICELESS!
